Effects pad is an x-y style controller which controls two real time parameters. Effects can be applied to one or both channels. This allows greater flexibility, an uplifting flanged beat overlaid with a bass heavy kickdrum.
Step Sequencer:
Other apps let you create 4 or 8 bar sequences, with Tek Kit XL you can create sequences that are as long as you like. Create an entire track, not just a couple of bars. Sequences are assigned a color and when two or more sequences of the same color are after each other playback loops through each of them. This makes it possible to create endless stream of electro mayhem.
